The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting many aspects of life. From working remotely and balancing childcare needs, to financial strains and keeping loved ones healthy, to the general uncertainty of present circumstances, people are facing stressful times.

The South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH) offers many resources for coping with the current challenges. Check out resources to help manage stress during COVID-19.
